What I do

Three questions every organisation is asking. Three ways the work shows up.

Each pillar is a clear answer to one of the questions on your team's whiteboard right now. Each one is built on Heart + Strategy.

01 · Strategic Direction

"Where are we going next, and how do we fund it?"

For organisations defining where they are heading, how they will get there, and how they will fund the journey. Strategy that holds when the assumptions get tested.

  • ·Fundraising strategy & investor positioning
  • ·Social impact strategy & theory of change
  • ·Board & executive advisory
  • ·Programme design & management
02 · Organisational Build

"Can the team carry what we are building?"

For organisations building the people, systems and leadership that can hold what the strategy demands. Hands-on or embedded, depending on need.

  • ·Management training & leadership development
  • ·Fractional C-suite executive

03 · Evidence & Impact

"Is what we are doing actually working?"

For organisations that need to measure what they do, learn from it, and report it credibly to boards, funders, regulators. Frameworks that survive contact with the field.

Engagements include
  • ·MEARL frameworks (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Research & Learning)
  • ·Portfolio diagnostics (Hogan Leadership Forecast & iEQ9)
  • ·Social impact measurement & reporting
  • ·Baseline & endline data aligned to your M&E

agriBORA · Kenya's first privately owned warehouse receipt system.

Strategic advisory work with agriBORA through the launch of agriGHALA, the first privately owned warehouse receipt system in Kenya. The launch convening brought together the Ministry of Investments, Trade and Industry, the International Finance Corporation, and smallholder farmers from the Kuona Mbele Cooperative.

Moderating the agriGHALA launch panel
The brief

Land a complex launch.

A new financial infrastructure for smallholder farmers, supported by IFC, regulated under the Ministry of Trade. The launch needed to land with farmers, regulators and capital partners in one room.

The work

Strategic advisory through the launch.

Convening design, panel curation, narrative framing. Moderation of the launch panel that brought the ecosystem together publicly for the first time.

The outcome

An ecosystem in the same room.

The launch put the Ministry, the IFC, the founder team and the farmer cooperative on the same stage. The kind of alignment that takes years usually. Captured in one convening.

How we work together

Four steps from first call to first cohort.

Tight, low-pressure, designed to figure out if there is a fit before either of us commits.
