Who PACT is built for

This room behaves like a world-class advisory board. The entry bar holds it there.

Four signals that PACT is the right next step. If you do not recognise yourself in three of them, this is not your programme yet.

✓

You are post-revenue and beyond survival.

Eighteen months minimum in operation. Three or more full-time employees. Real customers, not hypothetical ones.

✓

You already know the ceiling is you.

The strategy is not broken. The team is not the bottleneck. You quietly know who the bottleneck is.

✓

You are done blaming the macro.

Currency. Policy. Capital scarcity. Yes, all real. You are also done using them as the reason the business is where it is.

✓

You are ready to be coached.

Pushback does not threaten you. It makes you curious. You can sit with what you find. You are not looking for cheerleading.

The vetting gate

Four steps protect the room. Not everyone gets in.

The cohort behaves like a world-class advisory board because the entry process is built to keep it that way.

01

The Threshold

The baseline. Eighteen months minimum in operation. Three or more full-time employees. Real revenue, real customers, real traction. The basics that prove a business actually exists.

02

The Two Questions

Two short written answers. What is your single biggest bottleneck. Why have you personally not solved it yet. We read for accountability, not for the macro story.

03

The Chemistry Call

Fifteen minutes. We talk. At some point I push back on one of your business assumptions and watch what you do with it. Defensiveness ends the call. Curiosity opens the door.

04

The Gateway

You are invited to Module 1. From there the cohort begins. The full twelve-month commitment unlocks once you have walked through the gateway and the room has met you.

The twelve-month curriculum

Four quarters. Twelve modules. One evolution.

Each quarter is a strategic arc. Each month is a module. Every module combines advanced organisational systems thinking with deep identity coaching, localised for African markets.

Quarter 1

Foundation & Alignment

The opening arc. We audit the business as it stands. We expose the gap between the founder you started as and the CEO the company needs. We rebuild the foundation underneath you before scaling anything on top of it.

Three modules
Month 01 · Gateway

The Vision & Strategy Shift

Audit the current business model. Expose the gap between original founder intent and operational reality. Shift identity from hands-on operator to strategic architect.

Month 02

Talent & Executive Architecture

Designing high-accountability organisational structures. Attracting leadership talent, not just technicians. Frameworks for performance management and elegant separations.

Month 03

Capital Allocation & Financial Mastery

Advanced cash-flow literacy for the CEO seat. Aligning the budget to the strategic vision. Multi-currency and inflation risk. Evaluating the exact ROI of growth initiatives.

Quarter 2

Operational Scale & Market Dominance

Building the engine. We turn founder-dependent operations into autonomous systems. We move from heroic execution to repeatable processes. The CEO stops being the daily crisis hero.

Three modules
Month 04 · MIT Sloan System Dynamics

The Systems Bottleneck

Designing feedback loops and dashboard metrics (KPIs, OKRs) that actually matter. Building autonomous workflows so the company functions cleanly without the CEO stepping in.

Month 05

B2B/B2C Go-To-Market & Scalable Sales

Transitioning from founder-dependent relationships to a predictable, process-led sales engine. Designing strategic moats against international and local competition.

Month 06

Culture Engineering & Alignment

Operationalising values so they direct employee behaviour autonomously. Managing, coaching, and where necessary realigning high-performing but culturally toxic team members.

Quarter 3

Resilience, Governance & ESG

Future-proofing. We move beyond basic compliance to using governance, risk and ESG as instruments that attract institutional capital and insulate the business from macro shocks.

Three modules
Month 07

ESG Integration & Corporate Governance

Moving beyond compliance to using ESG to attract institutional capital. Setting up an active advisory or fiduciary board that protects against localised regulatory shocks.

Month 08

Macro-Environment & Risk Mitigation

Building localised enterprise risk frameworks. Insulating the business from currency devaluation, supply-chain interruptions, and shifting regional trade policy.

Month 09

Strategic Innovation & Tech Integration

Practical deployment of artificial intelligence and digital workflows to eliminate operational waste and optimise delivery costs. Future-proofing without buzzwords.

Quarter 4

The External CEO & The Long Game

The closing arc. The CEO faces outward now. Investors, partners, successors. The founder begins to decouple personal identity from the corporate entity. The business is built to outlast the builder.

Three modules
Month 10

Stakeholder Narrative & Investor Relations

Controlling the public and investor narrative. Managing shareholder expectations. Reporting bad news transparently. Pitching next-stage growth capital with command of the room.

Month 11

Strategic Alliances, M&A and Joint Ventures

Exploring corporate growth levers. Evaluating valuations, structuring strategic partnerships, and preparing the SME for potential integration opportunities.

Month 12

Succession Planning & The Long Game

Structuring the venture to be entirely self-sustaining. Preparing for future transition, exit or generational hand-off. Mentally decoupling the founder from the corporate entity.

Monthly delivery rhythm

Three contact points each month. Theory, peers, and the personal work.

The same cadence every single month. Predictable enough to plan around. Demanding enough to move the business.

Week 01

The Framework

A full-day immersive group workshop covering "the what." Founders analyse the framework, complete a private audit on their business, and map a single critical implementation objective for the month.

Week 02

The Peer Advisory Board

Cohort pods of three to four founders meet independently for a mandatory 60-minute integration sync. They present evidence of implementation progress and stress-test each other's ideas.

Week 03 or 04

The Elite Coaching Call

A high-impact 1:1 session focused entirely on "the who." We address the personal mindset blocks, control issues, or leadership fears that arose when you attempted to execute the month's objective.

Who you are working with

The track record behind the room.

The receipts that should answer the question you are quietly asking: is this person actually qualified to run an elite CEO cohort?

Liz's slides were the best. I loved how approachable she was. What still sticks with me is that her session "Sell Like A Boss" affirmed that I am capable, even at my young age and experience.

The concept of materiality lit a fire for me. It is crucial for me as an SME since it will be a guide in helping me focus on the ESG issues that matter most. With limited resources, this concept dictates strategic and impactful actions.

What clicked in my mind is that I have to document contracts, salaries and clear terms of employment. Reevaluate how I use resources in my business so as to identify where there is wastage.

Continuity rules

The cohort holds itself together. These rules are why.

The Progression Rule

Modules are sequential.

You cannot skip to Module 5 without completing Modules 1 through 4. Every module builds on the one before it. The architecture is the point.

The Re-entry Window

Three months. No exceptions.

If you pause due to a cash flow or operational crisis, you have three months maximum to rejoin an upcoming cohort at the same module checkpoint. Beyond that, you re-apply from scratch. The intimacy of the room is protected this way.

Applications are open

This is application-only. The room is small. The bar is high.

Send a short note about you, your business and the bottleneck you suspect is yours. If the criteria are met, the application form follows.
